sorry, had to take dogs a walk. I have the factory .pqi file, then I have eight other files, named factory 002 up to factory 009. they are all 693,248 kb if that helps. sorry for the delay in replying0

Mmm may well be a new way that Medion do it, Did you buy from Medion Direct or somewhere else, reason I say this is the Custom service Tech Help is very good in my ecperience.
So if you phone them they may say *ah* you have duplicate files you should delete file blah blah blah.
Also have you resized any partitions?0 -

I bought it from toys r us! I will give medion a ring tomorrow, I havent resized anything, well not knowingly anyway! Thanks for all the help it is much appreciated.0
