    oh god. Yes i did back it up, they actually told me to. But i still feel nervous about the whole thing. The people on the phone were great, but not the same in the shop

    Don't worry, the people in the shop will not be fixing it. DSG do not do laptop repairs (some might suggest that they don't really do desktop repairs either :rolleyes:). It will either go to the manufacturer or an independent facility.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Oh no what i was worried about was what they did with it at the shop. I realise they wouldnt have repaired it there but since their system has nothing to do with the system that they use in the call centre, i was worried that the laptop would just sit there in the warehouse, cos they seemed to take no interest when i told them a courier had been arranged to collect it.
    But i'm sure it will be fine :)

    As long as you got some sort or receipt or paperwork out of them, I am sure it will be fine.

    Yes thats true i did. I'm sure it'll be fine. I just dont like handing my laptop over to strangers lol
