Don't worry, the people in the shop will not be fixing it. DSG do not do laptop repairs (some might suggest that they don't really do desktop repairs either :rolleyes:). It will either go to the manufacturer or an independent facility.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Oh no what i was worried about was what they did with it at the shop. I realise they wouldnt have repaired it there but since their system has nothing to do with the system that they use in the call centre, i was worried that the laptop would just sit there in the warehouse, cos they seemed to take no interest when i told them a courier had been arranged to collect it.
But i'm sure it will be fine0 -
