Strange mobile phone call
I rang a friend on her mobile then 10 minutes after our call ended her mobile phone rang displaying my name as ringing her from her contact list. She answered her mobile to hear chubby brown singing one of his blue songs.
She was really spooked out as it showed the incoming call as coming from me even though my phone was off.Was this some sort of scam expecting her to ring the number ?

Very strange.
Never heard of that happening with a mobile before.
Although, i've had a similar thing happen with Hotmail emails, whereby my contacts were receiving emails addressed from me. But upon opening the emails, it was from some dodgy Chinese website!
I just don't bother using that Hotmail address now, as obviously it's been hijacked somehow.0 -
I thought I had seen a paid for service some time ago that did this. You give them the number you want to ring, and the number you want it to come from, and they send a joke message. Not very funny in my opinion.
