Morning compers!

Hope everyone is well! So, hubby is back at work tomorrow for the first day since buby was born. Buby is still too young for a routine sleeping pattern but seems to sleep all day and cry all night so tonight I will be staying awake downstairs so hubby can get some shut eye. On the plus side, it gives me a chance to start comping again. Have not done for over a month!! I have been having withdrawal symptons!

Hope everyone is lucky today and fingers crossed for postie and delivery vans all round! xxx

Morning.

Soooo tired and was very fed up yesterday with work so today has been designated "getting organised" day. I'm going to sort out my in tray, write down all my projects and sort out prioroties. Then if I'm still panicking about it all I'll go see my boss and see what we can do about it. Every time I think about what I've got to do my heart rate goes up at the moment and I get all messed up in my head and very tearful... must stop it... I know it's just a cycle and all part of the anxiety thing but it's a pain! Anyway, that's my task for today.

Wingobins - if my desk is messy then I've got a problem because I'd be in an unorganised panic! I keep everything in cupboards/drawers and have out what I'm working on. Supposed to stop me worrying about the next thing but at the moment it's not working!!

Anyway hope everyone is ok, that you are looking forward to a fabby Thursday, and by the end of the day you'll look back at the day and smile

PS - Glad you're enjoying my blog! I'm trying to get my Year in Photos post done on the right day so there is something new to look at every evening. Comments/suggestions always welcome xxx

I thought I was ok yesterday until I had a meeting in the afternoon with some managers and an external company who are going to do some work for us and basically the whole project was dumped on me - everyone just assumed I would be doing it without preparing me for it. The other day I was able to hand over a massive project to someone else because it's been written out of my job description, something that takes over a month every year at least, and I was feeling realy up beat because I was going to be able to get back on track, but this new one is bigger than that one.

Anyway as you say, happy happy joy joy... I'm going to go through everything today, work out how long things will take and work out what I need to do first... and hopefully that'll help rather than worry me even more!

Stupid work... I'm in the rest of this week and next week and then I have a week off - I'll concentrate on that!!
