Had mega fun in the snow yesterday :j

Dont know if ill be getting any parcels for a while as i threw quite a few snowballs at the postie, well actually he started it :rolleyes:

Hope your all well and everyone got home/ to work ok

Kids back at school today aswell, and they really dont want to go :rotfl:

Morning alll!!

I've a snow day today!!
Kids school is still closed and OH is at work so I've got to stay here - such a shame!
I'm going to make the most of it though as I'm definatley in work tomorrow as OH is on day off 8-(

Morning all.

Cold cold cold cold cold cold cold today!! I know others have it colder but I'm soooooo cold - car said -4 when we got to work but there is a bitterly cold wind which cuts brrrr. Best place to be in this weather is at home either in bed or on the sofa under a blanket - but I'm at work booooooo! Still no snow day for me and while everyone else in my office has finished early the last two days coz of the weather I haven't been able to coz my OH who works in a different department has had to stay til normal time. We had a little more snow overnight at home but nothing much really - it's just snow on snow on ice on snow for everyone isn't it?! Apparently we're forecast more here early afternoon.

Got the dentist this morning - I hate the dentist. It's only a checkup but still, they are evil people!

Morning all

It is so cold here this morning, -7 on my thermometer in the sitting room brrrrr.

It looks treacherous outside. My son is waiting to be picked up for work as one of the guys has a 4x4 and is doig the rounds. He is supposed to start at 8.45pm this week not sure what will happen if it keeps up until next week as he is due to stat at 8.15am then.

I managed to get my washing dry so need to do some ironing today too.

My home is so draughty and we don't have double glazing yet plus the radiators are about half the size they should be. The warmest place is the downstairs loo but I can't sit in there all day.

Be careful if you need to go out today folks.
