Well, ours arrived today despite being told they would be coming on 6 Jan so excellent service from Littlewoods.

My DD is a skinny bit but even the size 8 she received seems very small. She is going to try them on tomorrow but she said she doesn't think she will get into them! Gawd knows what the size 18 I ordered are going to look like.

I may be getting my money back via ebay at this rate!:p

Have managed to finish comps up to 3rd Jan :j but will need to go to bed soon. Good luck to everyone for some nice wins tomorrow :beer: They'll be the last wins of 2009! :eek::eek::eek:

:T:T:T Hi to all newbies at the Inn!

Never normally in at this time of night. Have shocked myself tonight how organised I am with the comps - have started doing Postals for 2010 and I am up to date - have reached comps ending 5/01/10 (!!!) :cool::cool: and just done most of my dailies.

Started my record of wins and my record of postal entries for me to keep a note of what I am doing.

Tomorrow is my finances - going to register for loads of things to make money, list loads on ebay and generally get myself (and himself) sorted in 2010!

we dont do anything for new years eve, dh doesnt see the point:rolleyes: but i'll be celebrating in my own way:D;)

and welcome to all the newbies to comping and to the inn:D

sounds a good idea diddle, going to start on ebay too in the next day or 2, got lots of books to sell, makeup, whisky etc need to start saving for holiday, not got anything saved yet!

will do catch up on comps tomorrow and try and organise myself better:D

Morning all and happy New Year's Eve

I hit the sales yesterday with my mum and sister - we went to Meadowhall for our annual shopping trip and had a great time. I got some really nice things - I sooooo love shopping!

We're off out for a "party" at a friend's house tonight. Well I say "party" but really it's just a social gathering to bring in the new year - some wii games, a quiz etc, nice and relaxed.

MIL had a call from the hospital asking her to rush up, DH is going to meet her. Docs think it will only be hours at the most now Just hope DH & MIL find the strength they need for each other.

Bought the girls these yesterday, they had money from their Gran for Christmas so thought these would be a nice special keepsake for them to remember Gran by.
