Don't get in here much as always busy with work and comps, especially now with advents as well but finished work at 1.15 today and have 8 days off now :j:j

Hope everyone has been well and winning big ... I had a WTC (my first ever!) for a PS3 this week from Morrisons/Coke text comp on postals board :T:T so OH has bought me Guitar Hero 5 for Xmas to go with it :dance::dance: just hope console arrives in time :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi all. Just finished the advents and dailies & I will be watching xfactor later so no chance of me catching up at all.

Never mind, the kids were good as gold although I think the homework was a bit of a pointless exercise for an 11 year old.

Eat some chocy, write a couple of sentences about the wrapping etc, say what adverts you have seen, list incentives etc blah didi blah.

Told him to type it up as his handwriting is rubbish and it looked a bit neater plus after inserting a couple of pics it lengthened it to 2 pages lol.

Bit boring really and I would have thought more to do with science. Can any of the teahers on here enlighten me as to why it would be classed as English please. ta

I had a good day today,had a coffee in cafe when I arrived to see my boyfriend then we went to have lunch and that was lovely too.Went to a christmas fayre and had a quick look round,decorated xmas tree at boyfriends home and that was fun.Got a dvd for £5 from tesco called Merry Madagascar.

Hello all, hope everyone is well, been busy today putting up tree and decorations .

Well thought I would let you know that I did manage to get my DS the HM Forces Fast Jet that he wanted for Christmas..........after many weeks of crawling the internet and everywhere out of stock I thought I was out of luck. But then a mate of mine phoned me and said one was in Argos in Omagh - one left, out of the entire stock in N.I. :rotfl:

So I reserved it. An hour later I was on the road and driving to Omagh (mum looking after kids ) Two hours of frantic driving later I had it in my hands. Now the drive home! Needless to say I got caught behind tractors, lorries, Sunday drivers, you name it. After leaving the house at 2.30pm, I got home at 6.13pm, tired, hungry, but I was beaming though! The things us parents do to get a Xmas pressie for our kids.........

Have any of you gals and guys gone really out of your way to get that most wanted pressie for Christmas for the little ones - would love to know......

prozacspice, well done for getting that last one for your son! I remember queueing up at 3 in the morning in the nearest toys r us when telly tubbies first came out so my neice could get the Lala she wanted!

Hi, not sure anyone will be around at this time, but........

I've reached 10000 subscriptions. Is there a quick way to remove old subscriptions without emptying the folder entirely, Every time I sort by date and delete a few, it jumps back to the beginning and is unsorted - bit of a pain and slow progress to delete older subs.
