His Mum just got home, his Grandma had an x-ray but results not been told to family yet so MIL/DH is going to ask about them tomorrow. The hospital have told Grandma she's totally bedridden now, trying to get up could be the end of her On top of everything she already had she now has an irregular heart, chest infection, urine infection, pressure sores, badly dehydrated (she'd drunk half a glass of water in 9 HOURS yesterday!!) & is very very ill.

We were told last time she went in she probably wouldn't be here for Christmas so looks like that may be what is happening now, eldest DD (she's 10) is very upset as is DH.

Kids aren't allowed up on the ward she's on because of how ill she is so all I can do is be there for the them especially eldest who isn't crying/upset in front of her Dad but when he's not here she is breaking down which is harrowing to see.

Going to phone her school tomorrow keep them informed so if I need to take her out of school at any point they will be co-operative hopefully.

hi all, might be quiet for a while, Dad's chemo starts again tomorrow so might be back and forth. will pop in when I can. hope everyones had a good weekend x

As most of you know, I don't usually send Christmas cards but rather I put some money towards a charity collection.

However this year Ginger, one of my mini lop does, decided she wanted to dress up and wish you a very happy Christmas (Chocolate wouldn't sit still long enough!).
