i guess with a garage the value of your flat has now gone UP.

More likely the presence of the garage has helped maintain the value of the flat.

Noticed a few of these recently. Is there a new user that has the threads sorted the wrong way?

MSE has lots of google juice, somebody has googled 'garage break in' or similar, and hit this page.

My fault, I searched (by userID, 'cos I knew what I was looking for) then linked to it. Didn't expect anyone to post on it!

Grateful to silvercar too for recognising that a similar issue had already come up on the forums.

I did wonder why Tom Stickland would be breaking into his own garage again!

Also wondered if I had remembered wrong and he hadn't actually broken into it yet that the photos certainly were long awaited!
