    Please tell me what I should have done then. I don't understand how you think I didn't give them reasonable time to fix or respond? I did everything by the book and gave them plenty of opportunities to firstly look at the car re the clutch, then regarding the engine fault. Again under Section 75 of the CA, it is up to the garage to 'proof' to me that the car was fit for purpose surely?
