See my kids are young at 6 and 4 for the Lego City but my daughter is so imaginative and has so much patience that she loves sitting and helping find the pieces we are looking for whilst we contruct things. My son admittingly gets bored but loves using all the bits and pieces for building his oddly shaped cars and trains lol... I know its alot of money but if you look after them when they outgrown them they are easy to sell on ebay.

  • I would go for something like the Lego Farm

It has lots of different components to it and they will be easy to construct.

  • Where is a good place to buy lego star wars people? Thanks!

It depends what sets you want. Can you be more specific with the sets you require?

Amazon, Tesco, Sainsburys, Boots, Toys r Us and Play.com are the first places to try.

Smyths, The Entertainer and Toy Master also stock Lego Star Wars.

Ebay can also be good as well.
  • Is there a set with just the Star Wars people? I've looked on Toys r us, most come with a Star Wars Vehicle. My nephew only wants the lego people! He does not have any yet.

You will have to buy them individually from Ebay.

The cheapest way to get Lego 'people', or minifigs as they are known, is to buy Battle Packs. You get four Clone Troopers for £9.99 or you can the droids pack for the same price.

Lego are not licensed to sell individual figures, however, you can buy key rings or magnets with Lego figures. They are available at Lego.com.
