Anyone had problems with cashback from The Link?

I ordered a Nokia 6630 on 3 Cashback deal from the Link late last year, and sent off my 3rd bill eariler this year to claim the first £50... I phoned them a month ago (about 40 days after I sent it), they told me that I had not sent my 'receipt', and a letter was in the post to me to send back . I am almost 100% confident that I did, as I remember printing it off from the link website and putting it in with my cashback form + bill.
I never received a letter from them, so I called them 2 weeks ago and spoke to somebody there, who told me that their systems were down and that she'd email me back about it when they were back up, but I never got an email from her.
Everytime you phone them, it's about a half hour hold. This is slightly worrying me as I have just received my 8th bill, and to claim the next cashback installment I need to send the 6th & 8th bill...
Obviously it could be a genuine mixup in communications, but it seems to me that they are deliberately making it difficult to claim cashback in order to avoid the payment, hoping that I will forget about it (which is fair enough, I almost did). If anyone else who took out this offer is having problems could you please post here, so that I know if it's just me or if others are having similar issues. Likewise, if you've received your first £50 with no problem, please post.

also, I just found this from the original thread on this issue, which shows that some people did receive their cashback, but one guy reported the same problem as me. Anyone else able to give their input?
