Free £6.50 album download & month's free music streaming

I have followed all the instructions for this sky songs thing, got the free code etc registered and downloaded the mp3 thing.

I have downloaded 2 songs, it has taken 2 credits off my free 10 credits and both songs say download failed????

I know this is a free thing so ive not lost anything but its very annoying!!!!

Any ideas anyone?

This happened with me, I went to the song on their website and downloaded it again. Try that and see if it works. It will let you download them one more time.

There is a 'retry' button on the Sky Songs Downloader, I believe. Hope this helps!

I tried to download again and it said song already downloaded arghhhhhh!!!!

Also the retry button is in that faded colour where you can't press it, if you know what i mean?!

I joined Spotify about 2 weeks ago, I think its great. Its not perfect they dont seem to have The Beatles and Bob Dylan, and i think it could be a bit more user friendly in terms of searching a genre of music. But its rekindled my love of music which got kinda sidelined with kids etc.

Bummer! Signed up only to discover it will only work with mac osx 10.5 - I have 10.4. Oh well...nothing ventured and all that!

I have just been listening to Bob Dylan on spotify. Loads of albums and tracks to listen to.
