I went on site at 1730 using the code which was accepted and when I gave my credit card details it took the money out of my account. It never reduced the amount paid to 0.

ive just tried to download and its apparently 65p though it says ive got 10 credits? any help?

Can we tell what bit-rate these are? I know it's free, I certainly wouldn't pay for anything less than 256k VBR. I'd rather buy a physical CD or download a lossless file.

I've downloaded an album and in the properties it says the bitrate is 320kbps if that helps

just downloaded the leona lewis album, . i cant play it on my pc. all i have is a file in my music with the internet explorer logo on it . i click open and it just takes me back to a jumbled sky songs page. very odd!
phoned up sky and he said they were having technical diffuculties with this album ..... my ars.
anyone one else had problem downloading !
