    its not taking my card even though it says it does theres 12p in my account and it says it doesent charge

    I had the same issue but there is away around it.... Details in the FAQs....

    Yes, you might receive an unexpected error message whilst installing our downloader alongside Snow Leopard, which suggests that the installation has failed. In fact the downloader probably has installed successfully. If you receive such a message go to the Install Downloader section (click 'My Account' and look at the foot of the page). Then click on the message 'Click here if you have the Sky Songs MP3 Downloader already installed.' This will confirm to the website that the downloader installation worked and you will then be able to start downloading songs. If you have any further problems with this please email through to SkySongs@BSkyB.com

    Gave up ! Site kept crashing due to server overload. Not too fussed as I never pay for music anyway !

    It doesn't work trying to put the code in later however I did call them and they have refunded the money to my credit card. Woo hoo. Still wish I could see where I should have entered it in the first place!!

    to buy music though tesco downloads are cheaper at £3.97 and album!

    Well I couldn't pay as no credit card and it doesn't seem to like Maestro, so put it on a family members card, now I can't get the installer to work I should have taken it not taking my card as a warning not to bother
