they owe us money

we have just entered into a new contract through a third party, they bought us out of our contract and said they would give us 300 back and then pay for a bill that we got in,, we were told we would get back 700 and we have this in writing, well we have not recieved it yet and numerous phone calls we have made to them still no joy, they say its being payed in today and have said this on numerous occasions is there any body that i can threaten them with or that can actually help us,

If you are owed money, then you can use the county court to order them to pay you.

Has the dealer been trading long ?
I know there are some scams where a dealer opens up, offers these amazing cashback/buy out deals and then closes a few months later having got their network commissions and paid no one.
If they are still trading, as above, get on the small claims court quick.
