Crashed due to diesel on road

cant see your m8 has a chance as I guess its a public road with hundreds / thousands of diesel fuel vehicles using it each day - the fact that there is a haulage yard there is not evidence that they caused the accident and I would be surprised if a buystander could actualy see the diesel spilling out.
Think he just needs to knock this one up to experience0 -
