I have tried installing Zonealarm twice and it won't let me connect to the internet, it comes up with a black screen then closes Windows down, when I uninstall it I can access Firefox browser but not IE. I got Windows Not Genuine message the other day, so don't know if that's anything to do with it.
Can I download IE6 from Microsoft website or will they block like when I tried to upgrade to Windows Player10?
I can do a system restore before the Windows Not Genuine message either as I can't click onto previous month (May)0
