  • and as for the bad back, I have two discs which are degenerated, and really suffer, I get facet joint injections once a year which help with the pain.

    IAM - there has been a recent study about reflexology helping with chronic back pain - i know yours is really bad but people reported it helped with the reducing some of the pain - im studying reflexology now and i have to say its facinating..
