hehe my height goes up and down. At my shortest i was 5'3 and my tallest 5'7" thats over a period of 3 years. i'm kinda in the middle now.
i have terrible joints to blame

Hello Mr Phil, we do try to keep him on the straight and narrow..but he keeps us smiling and we love him even if he is a tad naughty sometimes :D

I know collapsed and ruptured very well unfortunitly. mines started as ruptured, now disc disenticrated (sp?). Getting that scraped out is not a fun experience in the slightest they have to insert the needle when your awake with no local so they get into the right space. Basically as soon as you scream they knock you out the worst pain i have every had in my life

Sorry i really am getting too graphic now. Just feeling miserable lying in bed

I really want a juice but the thought of moving makes me want it less :rolleyes:
