    tell me folks...why are haddocks the most prominent fish in chippies oop 'ere...with cod to special order only....yet darn sarf, it's the other way around?

    Yeah fyp. We always used to have cod as the fish in 'fish and chips' but with stocks of cod dwindling, many say over fished, then other alternatives have to be looked at. I really like cod as my 'fish' but it's becoming difficult to find. Might have some thing to do with price of buying it in also, I know cod is at the bottom of my list for family suppers now.

    Could do with a drink tonight too.. a baileys for me would be a dream - even a cheap irish cream would suffice

    one of those, where you dont want to leave it with the OP thinking about losing their home, but when you argue back it does more damage as it looks like a little war going on. anyway ive said my bit so no point saying anymore.
