Cheapest PAYG, GPRS?

I'm soon to be recieving a dual-sim phone from China, and I'd like the facility to pick up my emails on it.

What is the best way of doing this? It doesn't have 3G, but does have GPRS.

Does anyone know what the cheapest GPRS PAYG there is?

Many thanks,
Sam

One thing to add with this is that you recieve the unlimited texts and internet the FOLLOWING month, i.e top up £10 in November, get unlimited texts and internet in december, topup in december, goodies in Jan etc.... many people don't seem to remember/realise this.
