I would have gone straight to customer services with that, because the SEL quite clearly says that 155g tubes are £1.49 and that 165g tubes are £1.99 (unless they have removed those particular SELs in your store)

(I assume you meant to say "as none of my pringles went through at £1.45")

I'd go straight back and demand a refund - you've been overcharged !

At the very least you deserve to have the 165g tubes if you've paid for them - which you have at £1.99

You could always get another 3 (or 6) of the 155g tubes and try another till - if they don't go through at £1.45 just say you've changed your mind.

If they do - just take the earlier purchase back to CS for a FULL refund.

the so called glitch will always work on the 155g tubes, morrisons do know about it and cant change it, not that they are really that bothered, as they will get the money back from the supplier

are all pringles on offer because i bought pringes extreme smokin ribs and cheese and chilli 150g and sour cream 165g and got charged 1.99 each

Surely they aren't allowed to do that! The 155g packs are priced lower than the heavier packs and changing the price to make them dearer can't be right. What they need to do is change their computer program not overcharge customers.

They won't need to "change their program", as the manufacturer will be footing the bill, not them. Just watch out for Morrison's staff ripping you off at the tills! :eek:

Nope, sorry, the Xtreme ones aren't in it, nor are the rice ones, nor the 'Select' purple packets. It was clearly stated on the label in front of the pringles in my store.

in my store tonight they was filling the shelves with 155g pringles been a delivery today. they had ran out of this size on tuesday.lol
