Just one flaw that I can see in your conspiracy and corruption theory. If this is such a devious and corrupt thing to do, why is it that Morrison's own checkout operators are suggesting to people that they can put the stuff in the car then come back for a second lot? Why did the checkout operator tell me when I got to the checkout that they are going through at three for 37p - and then put mine through as 3 x £1.45, when I actually had one £1.99 tube and two £1.45 tubes? :rotfl:

Fine - if they know about it and clearly suggesting it, no issue.

but there are numerous examples of situations where people are literally robbing the sellers due to an error - and knowingly doing so, and I bet no-one points this out to them but tries to obtain as many goods as possible. - Low value but still fraud.

Just got back from the store. Bought 3 of the 155g tubs, and they went through at £0.37 after discount.

It seems to be the Texas BBQ and Hot & Spicy ones that are that price. The 'normal' plain / source cream & cheese / Salt & vinergar are the 165g, 1.99 tubs.

Also got 12 bottles of diet Pepsi. Did it in 2 transactions at the self serve checkout. SA did question, but I just said that I could take 6 to my car, then come back for more. So he let me do the 2 transaction there and then.

    Definately works for the 155g tubes - 3 @ £1.45, less £3.98 give £0.37 - I have the receipt to prove it !

The £1.45 tubes are flavours like Texas BBQ and Hot & Spicey. Normal flavours - Plain, Salt & Vinegar etc are £1.99.

as stated if you brought 3 of the smaller tubes at £1.45 each you only would have paid 37p for the 3 tubes
Yes, but I didn't, I bought 2 Texas BBQ Sauce (155g) and one Sour Cream (165g). Instead of scanning the three items separately she has just keyed it in as 3 x £1.45 :rotfl:
Thanks to all who post constructively.

Loads of £1.45 155g tubes of Salt & Vinegar in mine - sadly I can't stand this flavour.

Did get some 155g Prawn Cocktail @ £1.45 though :)

Best get a large stock of bog rolls and put something in your loo cystern to stop using so much water when you keep peeing after drinking that lot.
