Technically it hasn't, as the other thread assumes you need to buy at least one pack at £1.99.....

Whoops sorry please delete this post :o
  • Actually the person in this thread:
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=26931773&posted=1#post26931773

is saying that if you only buy £1.45 packs (i.e. 155g packs) you end up paying 37p for three!

Actually that's what the checkout operator said to me at the Kettering Road store today, and I wondered what she meant - now I understand

So better to buy 3 x £145 (155g packs) and forget about the heavier, more expensive packs...
Thanks to all who post constructively.

  • Your post is telling us something different. I thought I did well to obtain three packs for 91p today, but from what you're saying (and the checkout operator at Morrisons said the same thing) I could have had 3 packs for 37p! :rotfl:

Sorry, i was only pointing out the double posting because it may get a little confusing between the two and may have been better added to the previous one. Was trying to help not offend.
  • Nothing to worry about, we are all trying to help in our own different ways. :)

  • Actually I just checked my receipt for the Kettering Road store, and the young lady put it through as 3 x £1.45 :rotfl:

So this means that I actually paid 37p for one £1.99 tube and two £1.45 tubes - happy days!
