Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds)
NOTEPAD should automatically open with the logfile
RIGHT click the notepad page and select SELECT ALL
Then RIGHT click again and select COPY
Then onto this forum RIGHT click again and select PASTE

Hmmmm

You have LOGITECH DESKTOP MESSENGER installed. Id really recommend you uninstall it as its useless and slows the system down

TICK these in hijack and click to FIX them ~

All done. I have uninstalled mysurveymessenger. I knew what it was but didn't really need it.
