18866 Stilll blocked - can anyone help get through

hi, i am really sorry, and have been on before but i am having real problems with 18866 as i do not seem able to get through to anyone! we have had the account blocked but even though we have paid they are refusing to unblock the account. really concerned as they are just not making any sense and emails are not being replied to. can anyone help?

Can you still log on to your account online? If so I suggest you change your card details there then try contacting them explaining everything in full.

If you still don't get anywhere and you still want to use them then try unsubscribing before recreating an account. You could also try starting a new account using a different telephone number then adding your landline as a second number to that account.

Following Martin's tip, I have repeatedly been trying to sign up to use this service but the links don't work on the website - I thought there was an over-xmas hitch which would have been sorted by now - Is this a serious site or has it been discontinued?? Can anyone help?? Does Martin Know their status??

They are active and many people here use them.  I logged on to check my bill just before posting this.  What exactly do you mean by "the links don't work"?

I don't think it is flash or anyhting like that, it might be that you are running something which is blocking popups? I use the google toolbar to do this so it can't be that but if you have a desktop firewall it could be that. You will need to be able to get to some popped up pages to maintain your account so you'll probably need to fix it.
