I lasted 4 years. I was drawn in to believe HR was an intermediary between management and staff; people champions as they like to call themselves. In reality HR (in my experience) are a bunch of minions willing to do anything to keep their own jobs, and screw everyone else.Success and failure is determined by effort.0

HR are there to protect the company from litigation. That's their job. Anyone who thinks otherwise is misguided.0
