I need some help with my Nokia 5800 and the Music express

Well I got the Nokia 5800 with Music and I had a problem with the phone so I got it swapped , Now that it's swapped the nokia "with Music" says something about Licencing issue.

It's obviously registered with my Computer and 1 phone {the one that went back} so Does anyone know how to cancel it with the other phone and fix it for the replacement.

Okay, this may not be the same as your problem but here goes.

I got my phone from Dialaphone, it was a 5800 and had a red trim around the outside, my new one has blue.

When I had the 5800 with red trim, I had the same problem as you. Took it to the Vodafone shop as instructed by the Vodafone helpline and they said the phones issued by Vodafone are only those with the blue trim and are setup slightly differently. They could not get around the licensing issue.

So I called Dialaphone, swapped for the phone with blue trim, worked fine, no problems whatsover with musicalexpress licensing since.

I had a similar problem in July.

I went back to Phones4U and the helpful SA contacted Nokia to change the info. You could do it yourself. You just need to let Nokia know the new IME (I think) number of your phone.
