YAY just seen it chillies rooms tomorrow - I've done quite a bit on and off over the week in their rooms so dont need to do much at all :j:j:j

Have decided that as I've done a full week of flying (go me), next week I am going to - wait for it - not do ANY and do decorating instead:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
I hate decorating. I dont seem to be able to paint without getting it everywhere, no matter how careful I am, so for me there is a lot of covering stuff up or moving it first, then a lot of cleaning afterwards and its aq nightmare with little one around.
I started the playroom about 2 months ago and then stopped. We have DD1'2 party in 2 weeks and the place looks carp because there are blobs of pollyfilla everywhere, sanded off parts of ceilng and tester patches of paint.
So next week I will do a bit each day, and also some present wrapping, and maybe some ebay listing AND NO FLYING - DO NOT LET ME !!!

right I shuld be in bed, was shattered this morning, can see the same thing happening tomorrow :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Morning ladies!
Pigpen - Other things you might like that start with CH
    CH erries
CH andeliers (though they need a lot of dusting so maybe not!)
    CH uckles or CH ortles
CH ablis (well, can't be sure but possibly)
CH ains? (or is that a WHOLE other story?giggle.gif)
Jinky my lil friend - Hope the move goes well sweetiesmooch.gif and don't stay away too long. All love and happiness to you and Dazco in your first home together.
Funfair - nice to see you hon
Madcatgirl - that is super news about your dad
    Toots and rosepink hugs.gif
LadyL - kiss.gif Great to talk to you as ever.

Traditionally in our house the Christmas tree used to be put up on the 15th as it is my birthday on the 14th and my mother never wanted it to be mixed up with Christmas. The last couple of years though it has been Christmas eve and I have still been dressing the tree! I guess if I still saw my nephews I would put it up earlier with them but since my family disowned me I don't so there doesn't seem to be much point.
To everyone who is poorly head%20cold.gif - get well soon.

    So my lists today are:
Feed the cat at least twice HS3298.gif
    Brush the cat
    Sort and delete 30 emails
    reply to emails
    Clean bathroom sink
Spray bleach on the bottoms of the shower curtains
    Email R
    Fill WM and put on

    Extras

Download programme for editing pictures from somewhere
type up receipt for Cleaning lady (wrong day)
Take hire car back with OH and pick up ours
Yet more sorting through the crate of doom (which is now 2 crates of doom)
    ring Homecare re pillow cases
Look at Abel and Cole website
    Plant garlic - weather permitting

    Have a good day flying

Weather here is awful at the moment and I couldn't sleep because of the rain waking me up, so I got up. Been up for about an hour, and still have tummy ache. Was hoping it may have eased off by now as it's the third day of having it. I went to bed without taking my sleeping tablet last night as don't have many left and wanted to save them until I get back to school. I managed to sleep from 10pm til 6am, so that is the 8 hours recommended. :)

Have fed the cat, made some tea and caught up with the thread. Can't do an awful lot in terms of flying, until OH is awake as don't want to make too much noise. The house if fairly tidy, but it really needs a good hoover and dust.

    Hope everyone is well,

    sexymouse xx

Sexym - we have your rain too but at least it's not as back as up in Cockermouth! Hope you feel better soon.

First aid course today. It'll be interesting to see how things have changed since I last did one about 15 years ago....

    Typical...
I had the chance to have a long lie today, and I wake up at 6am :(

I am off now, to find a CH-eeeeeeeeeeeese sauce recipe using up some cottage cheese, to use with diner tonight.
We are going to have a variation of that Philidepia cheese advert, with the salmon and the pasta, using some broccoli too.
Nice and quick and easy :D

I might see if I can have a nano power snooze when I am finished ;)

  • Good morning everyone

    Pigpen - CH-arming :D

Our tree will still be in the ground until the weekend before the big day :T which is why we'd never have it up earlier than a few days before the day as an artificial tree will never cross my threashold :p

The wallpaper stripping didn;t go too badly yesterday. I've about another hour to do, so once I've decluttered DS to school, I'll HHC 8:30 - 9:00, then finish it off :j

Off to catch up on the thread, then find a list ;)
