Tesco Direct Order - Not as described

Hi all,

Basically, I bought something from Tesco Direct which was not described correctly on their website. After contacting them, I was told they would send me the correct set when they get stock at no additional cost.

Now after talking to someone else, they are saying I would have to pay extra for the correct set ... and the correct set (this person is talking about) still doesn't match the description of the item that I originally thought I was buying.

I hope this makes sense.

I was just wondering what others opinions are on this matter.
I wouldn't have normally been so bothered, but they have just wasted so much of my time, I think it is unfair they are unable to send me the correct item as described online.
