Tesco Direct Order - Not as described

Hi all,
Basically, I bought something from Tesco Direct which was not described correctly on their website. After contacting them, I was told they would send me the correct set when they get stock at no additional cost.
Now after talking to someone else, they are saying I would have to pay extra for the correct set ... and the correct set (this person is talking about) still doesn't match the description of the item that I originally thought I was buying.
I hope this makes sense.
I was just wondering what others opinions are on this matter.
I wouldn't have normally been so bothered, but they have just wasted so much of my time, I think it is unfair they are unable to send me the correct item as described online.

Reject the item you have received.
Distance Selling regs allow you to do this in the first seven working days.
Contact Tesco Direct who will explain how to do this and when asked, they will also explain how they are going to refund the postage too.0 -
How does the set differ, the one you ordered vs. the one received?
Does your order refer to a model no. for the one you thought you were buying or the one you received?
- If the former, they are in breach of the contract and should provide you with said model at the cost you paid
- If the latter - more difficult to prove unless you PDF'd the webpage when you ordered it or the website still takes you through the same process and produces the same model no. in the shopping basket?0 -

In the "Features of product" it states alot more things included. What I have received only contains a few of the things.
They do mention on the product page that colours/styles may vary. The colour and style (which I am assuming is to do with design of it) is not the problem. Its the actually items included in the package that has not been described correctly to why I have only got a few things and not all as described. Am I right in thinking that?0 -
Yes but please list the details (we love detail) - question is, are the missing details sufficiently important to be missing, I guess they are otherwise you wouldn't have joined the forum0

Features state:
"Travel system umbrella stroller. Travel, feeding and rocking seat. Convertible high chair and swing. Convertible. carrycot and swinging cradle. Travel bag and change pad. 5 piece accessory set."
I didn't get an umbrella stroller, no feeding and rocking cradle, no high chair/swing, no carrycot and no cradle.0 -

Tesco have contacted me confirming the features listed on their website is incorrect.
I found out that they have another Graco Playset listed on their website which displays a image of the set I should have been given.

I told them this is the one that should have been provided as it includes everything mentioned in the other items description.
I asked if the correct item could be sent but they said they would be unable to do that as it is a little dearer, so I would have to pay the extra. Other than that, my only option would be to return for a refund.
Could anyone let me know where I stand on this?
Should I just return for a refund? OR persist on getting the item I had actually paid for?0 -
I'd send it back and get a refund because I can't see a highchair in either package.
