Post Office credit card, accepted [no bt fee]

A letter arrived yesterday to say that they had given me the card with a £ 4, 100 limit. A little tight of them I thought, but every little helps.
It said that you could call to arrange a balance transfer so I rang up and said I was a little disappointed with the credit limit – instant increase to £ 6, 500 and the nice lady transferred the extra balance over to my egg card.
BTW, I’m pleased I got it – I would have been really disappointed if it had not come through after all the messing about with paperwork!0 -
Just to let everyone know, I photocopied my stuff they wanted and showed at a post office. Posted it off and got a response within a couple of days by letter.
Phoned them to check my BT went through (that I specified on application) because there was no reference to it and it had. Their CS service is an 0845 number and they picked up almost instantly & v. helpful. I like good customer service.0
