    Well.......I went to watch Mr Sunday play hockey (men in shorts and lots of testosterone...mmmmmmmm). Intended to slope straight off afterwards but he asked me to go for a drink with him (with all his team mates, none of whom had partners/'friends' with them!).

    Then he invited me to go to his house for dinner, and casually mentioned that his ex-wife would be coming round to drop the kids off so I would 'get to meet her too'. :eek:

    As it happened, she rang and asked him to go and collect the kids so I didn't see her. I was glad, because I was a bit nervous of meeting her to be honest, but it was nice that he was happy for us to meet.

    Had a fab hour or so with his kids, reading bedtime stories and playing games, then they went to bed and he cooked blackened chicken pasta (gorgeous), and he invited me to stay over so I could have wine. :beer:

    Had a lovely evening ;), then took the kids for a walk this morning and I had lunch with them (homemade pumpkin and chickpea soup...yummmm), then came home about 2pm.

    Many mixed messages were given (by him) and feel much confusion but I'm trying to just relax, not stress, and see what happens.

    Snags sounds like a lovely weekend ;) unexpected invites out are the best, epecially when they sort of turn out the way you would like!

    Sammy, your weekend sounds like hell...I would normally say I would swap but Maz has arranged for the outlaws from hell to be sold internationally...further away the better ;) I feel your pain I really do!

    I have been on the beach for the last 2 hours, Roast Beef is in the oven cooking and I can't wait. Have headache from hell TBH and B wants to play.
