It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I agree BB Lasagne always tastes far better the day after re-heated!

    Morning all
Internet was playing up this morning so been and done the shopping, hoovered, done a load of washing and been for a 7 mile run yay me :)

B wants to go to the seaside this afternoon so think we will head down to weymouth for a mooch along the front and take the wellies so we can paddle.
Am feeling really grouchy, think I am tired, over worked, under paid and feeling taken for granted (no change there then)

Good night last night then Len ;)
Linda cant believe you keep loosing toe nails...ive not lost 1 ever and all those miles I did for LM training. Are your trainers big enough?
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Is it bad that I've done nearly all my Xmas shopping apart from one thing; a book for Pint's dad....I'm NEVER this organised!
