    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Morning all!

    Am lazing around just cooking some bagels for brekkie with my second coffee then will be off out in a few hours for a run :D

    Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend so far - nipped into the centre yesterday evening but the fireworks were cancelled...still had a lovely long walk round and got to nose at some interesting buildings and side streets I hadnt been down before :D
