    whole toenails, there's always a new soft, crinkly one underneath but yes the entire nail comes off.

    you will laugh but i was reading some stuff about running trying to get inspired you lot always talk about it in such glowing terms howit makes you feel good etc, and then I read the stuff about the blisters, the toenails and the chaffing and then I thought.................no!
