Can you ask the person who dealt with your late fathers estate?
Alternatively if probate was granted you should be able to obtain a copy.0 -
Thanks South Coast.
Not really, he died in 2000 and the solicitor is a close friend of Mums.

make an appointment next week hun...it's a very stressful time, and on top there's your bipolar...just make sure you are looking after yourself - eating sleeping etc very basic but crucial...
i don't think you need to explore the 'what ifs' of your mothers finances, unless she has specifically said in the past she is thinking about doing it..what has given you this impression?x0 -
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Nothing is in my name :rotfl:
Rang mum up and asked, didn't mention bankruptcy, told her I had a benefit review form come this morning asking if I had any assets, savings. Nothing in my name.
The relief is huge, I didn't like to lie, but I felt I had no other choice.
One step closer, one step closer
Thankyou dears X0 -
