I got mine a couple of weeks ago....only to find out last night that SIL has also got one.....and both of us intended giving it to my MIL. She bought hers first, so wants me to return mine.

I've opened the free gift though, so am I snookered.

Try returning it to Boots without the receipt, and see if they will give you gift vouchers as a refund (and say you didn't ever have a free gift with it because you didn't spend £22)

oooh....just couldn't have the nerve, I'd look and feel really guilty.

Decided to wrap it in shiny cellophane with a sanctury hand pamper set I got reduced to a quid a few months ago, and give it as a raffle prize to the school, for the nativity show raffle.:D......and drink the festive fizz from M&S that was originally heading their way.:j

just a quick a note to say that the free gift is still working with the 8.99 pedicure set it didnt work for a while but it is now.

I had the same problem yesterday I treid to buy the no7 mirror with 2 gwp and was made to feel like a theif! The team manager got cross and said only one, no apollogy or anything, I claimed inocent and he just looked angry tutting at me. Luckily I got the possible £1000 boots survey, so slated him in that!
