Similar thing happened to me today as well.

I got the mirror at a self-service till, for £18, as I was with my mum and her card takes an extra 10% off for being over 60.
The SA came over and said 'you do realise you can only have 1 gift with that'
I replied 'we are ok here thanks, we don't need any help'
Waited for her to walk away, and carried on anyway...and the till rang up the 2 free gifts, so we took the 2 gifts!!

She did see me ring them both up, but I think she decided a row with me and my mum was more hassle than it was worth!
  • I just got the illuminated mirror for £19.99 instead of £49.99 plus one free bag (not 2, although I did try!) Still pleased with the bargain. Thank you

I ordered the pedicure set at half price on saturday and got the no7 gift free and opted for delivery to my local store, what a great find. Boots emailed me on monday to say it had been despatched to store of my choosing, just waiting for the call.
Saved a few quid as well
