3 Mobile application process?
Two nights ago I applied online for their £10 sim only deal on a 1 month contract, received an email which was rather abiguous!
Couldn't tell if it was accepted or not? So the following night I rang the enquiry number given on the email, I was told 'the order is on hold' as the credit card number given may have had a wrong digit.
So gave the CC number again, she said ok the number has gone through, checked with my credit card and they had taken 2x£1.
Still no email today, rang back tonight and she said again, oh the card details were wrong:o I said no no, it has gone on my card.
So totally perplexed by them already, I live in an area where getting 3g is bad. Tried T Mobile's sim only, their letting me know I was accepted was the next day, but signal no good.
How do they process an order at all, surely 3 days is now a long time!

3 days is a long time for a decision. All I can say is to ring them again and get them to either tell you that you have been accepted. If they can't tell you there and then, cancel the contract with them and try in a Three store.0
