I ordered a £60 ipod shuffle yesterday. My order status is showing "credit rejected" and today someone from very.co.uk tried ringing my house to get hold of me but i was out. Have been told to ring them tomorrow on 0844 822 4650 as they're closed right now.

Anybody else had any problems or that order status, im bummed that it's not going to work now

I have had the same thing, ordered picked a day for delivery and now it says "Credit Rejected" ,q does that mean the money i paid will go back onto my debit card?

Credit rejected just means you cant have the order on credit. If you paid by card you will still receive the item.

Sometimes Shop Direct phone you after placing the order and if they cant contact you put your order on hold just to confirm you definately placed the order and someone isnt using your details.

I had to return the items as they didn't fit. They actually refunded me the full amount, INCLUDING THE £20 Paid by code :rotfl:
