Hi all,
This is my first post on this board - hope you can help me!
I'm looking to buy a mascara for a gift for my friend for Christmas. I'm happy to spend up to £15-20 ish and am looking for something to give volume more than length and obviously something that doesn't clog or dry out too quickly.
What have you used which you liked? Any help would be appreciated!

Best mascara I have used to date has been the new Givenchy one...forget the name, but the applicator is round, not elongated...sounds strange, but it actually works really well and gives excellent volume and definition as well as being really easy to apply. Mine's starting to dry up now but I bought it back in June, so it's done well! Was about £20 from memory...0

BeneFit Bad Gal is very very good. I have a friend who swears by DiorShow mascara as well."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

I'd agree with the Lancome hypnose, it's about £20 if you are willing to spend that much but it is cheaper on ebay. A good all rounder.
xThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -
YSL Singulier - by far the best mascara I have ever tried (and I think I've tried nearly them all)0

I also swear by benefit bad gal. It makes lashes lovely and thick but not clumpy!0

I'd recommend Maybelline's Great Lash mascara. Even I can use it and I'm totally cack handed.4.30: conduct pigeon orchestra...0

My favourite two are Bad Gal by Benefit and Lancome Hypnose. Really hard to pick between the two, but Bad Gal is slightly cheaper.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
