Tiscali or Sky

I'm trying to pick between Sky tv, bb, phone and the same from Tiscali.
Can anyone advise me of which is better? Tiscali is cheaper but less tv channels and cheap isn't always the best

Are both broadband services available at your exchange as LLU?
Can you get a decent freeview signal (for Tiscali TV)?

Yes samknows says both are available and tiscali tv, although i'm not sure how good the signal is.

IMHO Tiscali TV is a bit Mickey Mouse, as are the other Freeview based services, there will never be the same choice that you would get with Satellite TV, of course you pay for it.

What about internet wise? I can cope with less channels but I'm use to very fast virgin media bb.

A friend of mine has Tiscali and has had considerable problems with them.

if sky is LLU on your exchange i would say go with sky

I don't know anything about Sky, but heaven help you if you have a problem with Tiscali broadband. I bought a new computer a month ago and have had a problem with my phone when connected to Tiscali. After a lengthy and expensive phonecall I have received about a dozen emails and am no further forward. In fact they have got my problem totally confused with someone else's. I am about to change to BT hopefully they are more reliable.

I have had sky broadband for nearly two years and i have found it really good.
I would certainly recommend them from my experience.
