Are T-Mobile ripping me off?

Hello all.

I have a contract deal with T-Mobile. It's called the Relax 100 plan.

100 Free minutes, to any network.
No free texts or WAP minutes.

Price Plan - £19.95 per month.

Now I'm not someone who uses my phone very much - average of 30 texts and 30 calls per month (30 minutes in total), plus some WAP time - but I'm regularly being charged £30 per month.

Is this too much? And if so, can someone recommend me another tariff?

Thanks in advance. :)

Are you aware you can register and view all your account details on the t-mobile website?
If you do this you will be able to see itemised bills and see where the charges are coming from.
    Hope this helps :)

    Thanks for the reply. :)

I did register a while ago, but I've forgot the details! :embarasse

It's the price plan which contributes most of the charges. I'm rarely charged on standard calls (Usually less than a £1) Texts are about £3 per month, with WAP being at £2. So it's about £25 before VAT.

    It's about £30 after VAT.

I've just had an apathetic attitude towards my phone bill, so I thought I'd raise it just to see if I could be saving some money.

    Thanks Skiddy.

you would be better off on t-mobile's flext 20 tariff - £34 of allowance for texts or calls for £20 per month including VAT.

    with an 18 month contract.

You'll perhaps be better on the Relax 20 tariff - its 12 months, the same price you're paying (£20 per month inclusive of vat), the same minutes you're getting (100 any network any time), except it comes with 30 texts extra per month. I got mine from e2save with £32 cashback and a free N70
