data protection act.

you are entitled to apply for them and (officially) they have 40 days to comply.

Hi speedster,
What happens when I go to appeal? Am I appealing the amount of arrears or the amount I have to pay my ex wife? Because I have a company accountant looking in to how to reduce my amount I have to pay to my ex wife.
All I want is to get rid off the arrears !0 -

your case is way beyond my limits. plus your files will have to be scrutinised and picked through,
you'll struggle to get arrears down. i reckon nacsa are your best bet. they'll take on your case and fight tooth and nail for you.

Is the CSA scared of NACSA because are they that good?0
-
i wouldn't say scared, but they tend to buck up their ideas when nacsa get involved.
they know far more about csa and actual law than most csa employees and do get results.
well worth the joining fee and massively cheaper and more effective than the so called csa lawyers.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

stop that immediately!! they'll just deny all knowledge of the calls and if you apply for you DPA files, they wont be able to "find" your calls.
correspond in writing only. recorded too.
Totally agree
Ive been banging on for ages about only ever dealing with the csa by way of a letter.
Do not deal with the csa by telephone.0 -
