I started to pay to CSA from 2006, but because I get paid by dividents, so I dont have to pay anything for the CSA (according to their laws).

GW_94 If you get paid by dividends they still take that as income so you will be assesed on that as well >I hope that is the casethat they don't include dividends:confused:

dividends are only used if the pwc specifically requests them on csa2.

expenses, travel costs and directors loans can wipe out most of a companies turnover before you touch dividends.. ;)

Just a quickie, if the CSA give you a letter, saying that you have to pay £100 a month, and then 3 months later, they send you another letter, increase to £500 a month. (in my mind, when the CSA send you a letter, its like a contract, that you have to pay) So if they send you another letter, and increase it up to £550, how far back can they take the back dated?

As they said to me, they can back dated to when the investigate was opened (which investigation who knows), so theory they can back dated to when the original case was opened?? Am I correct? (Hope not !!)

    Thankssss

they can only backdate to when they either assessed you or were informed of changes..... officially.

unofficially, they'll pick a number, multiply x 6.678 and add a couple of 000's for good measure.

has your case been to appeal?

My ex wife got the case opened, and then they sent me a letter said I have to pay extra amount, does that mean the case is closed? or its still open?

stop that immediately!! they'll just deny all knowledge of the calls and if you apply for you DPA files, they wont be able to "find" your calls.

correspond in writing only. recorded too.
