new sevice appeared on my phone at beginning of november - seems instead of listening to recording of calls used/billing etc it now appears on screen of phone when you dial 191 - only problem seems despite supposedly being free it racks up data charges on your account when you use it???? anyone else had similar problem - frank

I’m glad to hear that you have discovered our new My191 service.

My191 is a free self-help service. You will not be charged whilst using it. However if you exit My191 to visit a chargeable page, you will receive a warning and be asked whether you would like to proceed.

As I’m keen to look into this could you please email your details to us using the contacts us form on our website?

When sending the email could you please include a link to this thread, state your username so that you can be identified in the thread and state the code WRT135 in the subject line to make sure it comes through to us.
