Bookie, if there's no equity in the house then you can go br and keep it, not sure how the secured loan affects things. It's really worth asking on the br board. Also, if someone was cooking a meal for 25 people, I'd expect to be buying the wine at the very least!

Sammy, my dad does that, it drives me mad. On the way to Cambridge there was a disabled space two down (I had my badge with me) but he just pulled into the P&C one cos it was easier. I wouldn't have been surprised if someone had said something, I always do with disabled bays, so there'd be no reason to expect to get away with it.

She had the bloody cheek to say that if my home life was getting in the way of doing the course properly then perhaps I should think again about doing the course.

Ahhh Toto :grouphug: if I wasn't full of a cold I would offer to come down and help give you a break tomorrow (not that a cold stops me driving, but I can't turn my head cos of this stupid neck injury, and I wouldn't want to fill Jas full of germs while she is recovering).

I was thinking the same about your house Bookie - if there's equity then it can be sold on BR but not always...I dont they often enforce sales now if that makes sense...not really sure but I agree its worth checking out. And dont go nowhere - it might not feel like it now but you will get through this!!! (If I had any wine here I would send it to you, but I dont at the mo as I keep donating it to my flatmates...)

Thanks for the kind post Weller/QL - I dont think anyone was accusing you of anything shady more curiosity about who you were got the better of us (as happens sometimes!!)

Toto - groupwork means sharing the work equally but it never works like that sadly...is there anyone else in the group who is nice you can swap with behind VTs back? And besides who made her boss anyway!!

She's a flippin student, god alone knows who thought she would make a good midwife. I've emailed my tutor but they are really funny about this sort of thing, you have to prove you can work in a group and can't go moaning about people unless they are doing something illegal or unethical.

It's been pretty obvious that I'm the one being loaded with work though, I wish I could show you what I've done compared to what they have done, it's stupid. I think VT doesn't like the fact that I breezed onto the course having done nothing medical at all in my previous work/study. Where as most of the people there worked in healthcare and studied for years to get there, so, I think she's trying to prove a point, no one else will argue with her because she frightens the life out of them.

Aww you're so sweet I'm planning a quiet weekend. My brother was coming to stay but I told him not to because I really don't think jas is up to visitors bless her, well, that and I can't be bothered with all of the bedding changes visitors create

i think you need ton take all the proof of how much work you have done and speak to the tutor.working WITH a group is one thing - having to do the majority of the work for the group is another....

could it be she's giving you the work she can't do herself cos she's fick?
