Virgin Media claim to be cheaper than Sky, but I'm paying £10 more with Virgin Media, then I did with Sky (BT line rental included)!

The Virgin media package you have mentioned should be only £30.50 per month including line rental. It goes up to £46 if you add Sky Movies....

Plus you're not comparing like-for-like:
-Sky charge around £60 for the Skybox and installation. Virgin does not charge anything;
-Sky 'Broadband Base' is up to 2mb download speed with a 2gb monthly usage, wheras Virgin Broadband L is up to 10mb with an unlimited monthly usage.

Oh sorry, that's for TV Size: XL. If I downgrade to TV Size: : L, my bill would be £40 (£5 a month is included as it's not free on the TV Size: L package.

Is this right?

You comparison is not like for like get virgin m BB TV and phone for everything and it will be around same price
