  • Thanks OP :-) That's hotel sorted for the night of DH and my Christmas party, and MUCH cheaper than the taxi would've cost us to get home :-)
  • You're welcome :)

Put this in grabbit now as some peeps from here don't venture over to other boards (even i don't know it was anywhere on here!) and this is too good a deal for peeps to miss!

    xx

Still lots available in the UK when we looked about an hour ago - mainly mid-January onwards. Their UK locations are mainly motels on bypasses outside big cities - but who cares for £1.

I've managed to book 2 rooms for just before Xmas for a bit of shopping, I wanted to book 1 room for me, OH and 2 kids but these rooms on offer are single or double occupancy. So I did two separate bookings as for some reason when I tried to book 2 rooms in one go it came up at £13 per room  how extortionate!
So I did it separately and resigned ourselves to the fact that both me and OH were going to spend in a night in separate (twin) rooms with one of the kids, then I decided to phone them up (to see what they could do ;)) and we have managed to get one double room and one twin room with an adjoining door :j
I also asked about the 'local taxes' and any extra charges and there aren't any. I saw on the website that kids under 10 eat free when an adult buys breakfast, so I asked how much the breakfast is and its £7.95 for a continental buffet (stuff yer face) breakfast and I'm fairy sure he said full english was included too.
So 2 hotel rooms plus 4 all you can eat breakfasts for £17.90 :j:T
